Dr. Virak Tan

Dr. Tan has been in practice in New Jersey since 2001 following his training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and the Hospital for Special Surgery. He is a Clinical Professor in Orthopedics and Director of the Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship at Rutgers. He has authored numerous scientific articles and book chapters, and has lectured extensively. Dr. Tan has been repeatedly selected as “Top Doctor” by NJ Monthly Magazine and Castle Connolly.

Dr. Rosemary Yi

Dr. Yi is an orthopaedic surgeon with subspeciality training in hand, microvascular and upper extremity surgery. She offers comprehensive skeletal and soft tissue treatment for problems of the upper extremity ranging from the shoulder to the fingertips, as well as general orthopaedic injuries. She believes in a team-based approach to deliver the best results to patients. At the Institute for Hand and Arm Surgery, the team is fine-tuned to deliver the best care starting from the initial evaluation, to scheduling of any necessary surgery to excelling in post-operative recovery.
